A lot of people ask about who we are and what we stand for. Well, from the outset we can tell you we are not part of any corporate chain, we don't hide behind our policies or blame the NDIS for not getting on with helping you. At 2Flourish, we want to support you to get more out of life today. We do this by making access to home and community support, health, wellbeing, positive behaviour and support coordination easy and reliable all in a way you can understand and connect with.

Our Story

Where do we start.... Every good story has a humble beginning and this is ours...

When some people from the disability and aged sector come together and discuss what can and, more importantly, what should be done better, the outcome can be just a great story or it can turn into something real. We welcome you to real change, we welcome you 2Flourish.

2Flourish represents the community first and foremost. This is inclusive of everyone. We don't have invisible walls, or silos as some people call them, and we certainly don't make judgements.

We take pride in how we offer the services and how we treat our staff. 2Flourish is made from various individual talents and experiences, not just from disability and aged care sectors, but from real communities in Western Australia. Those individuals have a say in how the business is run (you don't have to be a director or senior manager to have an influence).

Together we collaborate to bring the freshest ideas, a simpler approach to NDIS, and for our staff to feel they are part of something bigger than just doing a job.

Yes, we want to be your favourite service provider and, yes, we want to be a favourite employer for our staff but to do this we know we have to back this up with actions. Everyday we strive for improvement, we table new ideas that come in, we even have prizes for the best innovative idea every year and our staff and clients all get to participate.
