About Our Policies - Please read 2Flourish policies and procedures to better understand how we may work with you and others in the Western Australia Community.

2Flourish values appropriate policies and procedures and views them as a roadmap for day to day operations. As a result, 2Floruish has made the decision to have a set of strategic policies and procedures to help guide the actions of all individuals involved the organisation. These polices and procedures ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations, give guidance for team decision-making, and standardise core processes.

The purpose is to ensure and endorse the well-being of all individuals who receive service, their families, children, staff, volunteers and everyone who is connected to any part of service delivery. 2Floruish is focused on reducing unnecessary bureaucracy and allowing staff to make decisions that are in the best interest of clients and families.

2Floruish policies and procedures are designed specifically to help new staff, those who receive services and their families to familiarise themselves with the service’s practices and gives them information about what to expect from the service. This will be in conjunction with a similarly structured Service Agreement. Policies will be continuously evolving to meet the needs of those who receive service, their families, staff, volunteers and everyone connected in community with 2Flourish. Regular reviews are to ensure that they meet all the needs of those working in the service and take into account the possible changes that have happened in the service and within the wider community.

Consistency in practices is also supportive for staff and team members individually.

2Flourish' policies and procedures ensure:

  • Best practice

  • Establish a professional and effective organisation

  • Consistency amongst staff, those engaging in service outcomes, volunteers, parents and children

  • Prevent any ambiguity about how particular situations and issues should be handled in the service

  • Promotion of harmony among staff

  • More efficient and effective delivery of service

  • Greater safeguards to the community and stakeholders
