Use the NDIS app to track your budget and claims

The NDIS app is available to download on your phone or tablet.

Its designed to give you quick and easier access to :

  • View your budget and plan

  • Submit and view any claims made

  • Check your details

This app is useful to check on how your budget spending is going and to double check if you have made a claim for a certain service.

Sourcing access to your information

This is officially called the Participant Information Access Request"PIAR"

Have you been frustrated with the lack of transparency of information available to your NDIS plans or reviews? Perhaps you just want to double check your disability has been noted correctly in your assessment? You may even want to read about your Planner's justifications?

 

The good news is the NDIS have a way that you can access your information, although it is not widely know.

This is called the Participant Information Access Request (PIAR). As the NDIS says, you can ask for information about your NDIS application, including any information provided to support your application and the reasons for the access decision.

​

This is how you can access documentation from planning and reviews through to your assessment and outcome. This can be easily accessed by completing the request form online. The link is below for your reference.
