We have a range of properties for Supported Independent Living including SDA properties available that are centrally located, with easy access to Perth and surrounding vibrant shopping centres.

Daily Living Activities | Home and Living Options
Daily Living is designed for everyday activities. Working towards your goals, we support your meal time preparation, showering and dressing and building capacity towards everyday home tasks. Services can range up to 24 hours in a day.

Support Coordination
NDIS Support Coordination, sometimes referred to as Case Management, involves assistance to support you and your family's ability to coordinate supports & participate in the community.
This can include:
